About the Role
As a Senior Frontend Developer at TechForge Innovations, you will bridge the gap between design and technology. You will write high-performance, clean React code, construct premium animations, and establish scalable design patterns across our web ecosystem. You will work closely with our UI/UX designers and AI backend engineers to create experiences that wow clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive, high-fidelity user interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Build custom interactive layouts and smooth animation systems with GSAP and CSS variables.
- Architect reusable, clean UI components following the design system tokens.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and cross-browser responsiveness.
- Review peer code, mentor junior developers, and enforce frontend standards.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL streams.
Requirements & Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend web development.
- Expert knowledge of React, Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, and CSS modules or Tailwind.
- Strong experience with GSAP (GreenSock), ScrollTrigger, and Canvas or SVG animations.
- Deep understanding of modern state management patterns and server-side rendering (SSR/SSG).
- Proven track record of optimizing page speeds, Core Web Vitals, and responsive UI behaviors.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with WebGL, Three.js, or Shader development.
- Prior experience working in startup environments or digital agencies.
- Familiarity with Figma layouts and design-to-code translations.
