About the Role
At TechForge Innovations, design is at the core of our engineering process. As a UI/UX Designer, you will own the end-to-end design lifecycle: researching user needs, wireframing interfaces, sketching custom design frameworks, and handing over detailed layouts to engineering teams. You will maintain our unified design language, pushing boundaries in dark themes, glassmorphic layouts, and sleek interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, user journeys, low/high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
- Define and scale our premium dark theme visual language and design system components.
- Collaborate with marketing and product engineering teams to align assets and interactive flows.
- Run user testing sessions, synthesize feedback, and iterate design solutions.
- Prepare responsive assets, SVG files, and design documentations for seamless frontend implementation.
Requirements & Experience
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing web interfaces.
- Expert skills in Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, Component Libraries, Interactive Prototypes).
- Solid understanding of grid layouts, visual hierarchy, typography, and dark mode styling.
- Experience designing interactive dashboards, SaaS product interfaces, or agency landing pages.
- Understanding of frontend fundamentals (HTML/CSS) to collaborate efficiently with developers.
Nice to Have
- Skills in Framer, Webflow, or similar interactive site-building platforms.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, Lottie animation, or 3D visual design (Spline/Blender).
